the wind advisory includes the bay shoreline, starts at 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 tonight. s the heart of the afternoon when the worst gets here, specifically peninsula and east bay. as far as the rest of the story, that's a pretty view from the top of the salesforce tower looking towards the east. there is light rain still. we have watched a good band move through the south bay. now we are seeing redeveloping showers here through the east bay, very light stuff. there is not a lot to it. watching futurecast, we clear that out and for most of today, it's going to be blue sky. the rain is not done though. we do have a chance for more isolated showers in the form of occasional thunderstorm tonight. time frame is 8:00 this evening, taking us all the way to early saturday morning. we won't get too tied down to the notion of exactly where or when, a scenario like this really, best of the science in the forecast can tell you there is a chance for isolated thunderstorms at any location bay area wide in the evening hours tonight through early tomorrow, saturday. don't be surprised if
