bay area forecast with lisa argen. hi, lisa. >> hi, chris, good morning to you. what a beautiful view from east bay hills. we see the fog settling in there. it's going to pull back and we have that typical sea breeze. this is what keeps us from seeing 90s in the inland valleys, which is pretty typical this time of year. hh temrasthe each df 8 livermore, gilroy. today if you're going to be spending any time in the city at oracle for the giants game, it will be comfortable in the upper 60s. i should say upper 50s to get going and 61 at noontime. just low 60s throughout the afternoon. certainly a cool day, but it should be nice. plenty of sunshine, sunglasses, sunblock will be needed. as you look outside, what a beautiful view with the heat index. san rafael camera, mostly sunny conditions. there is some fog that will certainly be at our beaches today. not only marin county beaches but san mateo coast and live doppler 7 picking up on the low clouds, the fog. there's a trough to the north of us. it's been situated there since last week where the temperatures were well below normal. as that trough gets weaker

bridge and also make sure that you obey the law. >> looking at the low cloud sitting in the east bay from the viewross the bay bridge tolls, i want to show you what this look like this morning if you're waking up, it's been a great morning for cloud watching. that's a time-lapse from the camera on treasure island looking back towards the city. and you are seeing what was the marine layer just kind of building out over the water and maybe coming over the western edge of the city. but what's standing out here is the fact that it is sunny over most of the bay and for most of us, you're waking up with clear skies. it's just the western edge of the peninsula. and the east bay hills. and if you spotty other areas around the bay, but most of us are sunshine. that's like yesterday morning was and today will be very much like yesterday was temperature wise. more of that in the second, e,d upper 70s inland and will see temperatures to the bay in the mid-70s in fremont at 72 and mountain view with 72 and 76 in san jose and san rafael will go to 72 and santa rosa goes to 74. the difference will be a few more
