and investigators have been focused on the parking lot behind the bayside cafe.say he can't say at this point if that man was armed when he was killed. it is also unclear whether the officer who fired was with san francisco police or daly city police. but this will be a joint investigation. the situation also began around 12:30 this morning when daly city police tried to make a felony stop on a car with two men inside. that car sped off. there was a pur suit. eventually both men bailed out of the car. and that's when one of them was shot by police. at this point, though, police are not saying much about what happened before the shots were fired, or about the original pursuit. >> the exact origination point believed to be daly city. exactly where in daly city, i'm not sure. but the car ended up coming into san francisco at which point our officers saw the car. and from that point, everything that occurred was still in the investigation stage. >> reporter: no officers were shot during this situation. but at least one officer did suffer some minor injuries. in fact
