i am eddie part of the bayview program. i want to say that our program is the only program out here to service with youth dealing with multicultural youth programs. and we are fortunate to get support from the city and to be out here. and all due to the attention that happened three years ago when there was a lot of african, asian tension out here, because of misunderstanding. we want to focus on young people. and we have our second summit where youth come together and organize it. and the theme they come up is called usla, a way to address trauma and stress. and the young people came up with this idea and put together addressing the trauma and the stress they deal with every day in district 10. and another thing we need more programs dealing with employments where asian and hiring african-americans and job training and latino population. to create programs and funding to reflect the population in district 10. we know that justification happens because of development, but we know that the city wants to invest in the communi

i am the executive director of bayview hunter's point senior services. i was trying to think of what part of our agency it talk about. i want to talk about the most vulnerable seniors we know. mr. boston said what i needed to say about housing. that's pretty much the deal. our agency sees seniors like him all the time. constantly, consistently looking for housing and can't find it. we need more support services to help people and to help people a app apply. a lot of people don't know where to find housing or where to start. we are trying to focus on that with seniors. and i want to talk about senior exit center, that looks out for ex-offenders. those are the people coming back, relatives and sons and daughters and uncles and aunts that are out of jail and prison and need a place to stay. and we can't find them a place to stay. we can get them transitional housing for three month and then nothing. and lastly i want to talk about the adult center, that serves a lot of vulnerable people. i want to thank the mayor who helped out last year, and we still need

we were in the western addition in bayview, we were in the sunset. a number of organizations, and i don't want to call them out individually because i'll forget some that were really commit and had did a lot of work. i won't say that ultimately all of their findings or all of their positions about the police department were ones that i found to be in total agreement with, but i will say it is inspiring to watch members of a community participate in the process. and i think that this is a good example that when people with fresh eyes, as commissioner turman explained it better than i did, the two of us and the chief listened and struggled with what's going to you -- ultimately keep our officers safe and the community safe, i think we reached a consensus this is the right path moving forward. so, thanks to the chief and thanks to my fellow commissioner turman and chan. >> commissioner de jesus. >> in this whole process, i attended one meeting in the tenderloin. but i want to thank our committee members on the commission for putting in all that time and

is the ninth anniversary of the isaac he espinosa homicide, ask there will be a vigil for him at bayview at 8 o'clock. i wanted to make it out there in time for that. that concludes my first portion of the report. my second portion of the report may come as a bit of a revelation -- oh, one more thing. we have -- we're seeking the public's assistance in that on april 8th, just before 3:00 a.m. there was a robbery with a gun at happy doughnuts on the 2600 block of bayshore here in san francisco. during the robbery the victim was injured. the suspect, though, was stabbed by the victim. as far the victim of the robbery, he says he believed he stabbed -- the stab wounds he inflicted on the suspect were significant. we've been canvassing all hospitals and we have had nobody at any hospital and so now we're asking anybody that might know of anyone that suffered any major stab wounds over the weekend of april 8th to please inform the police department. you can call us at 5:53-10 71 any time ~. if you're nervous about your safety, you can call the anonymous tip line at 574-4444. the suspect is be
