bayview has the successful history in working with their scop clients. the scop team is experienced and knowledgeable and their clients' unique needs. it has a rep taths -- reputation for big a safe, nonadjustmenttal place for seeking assistance and reflects in 1,875 hours of social services we are adding to the grant. with this modification, bayview will serve an additional 375 consumers in the next year and a half, conduct more than 150 more hours of outreach and deliver 300 more hours of activity programming. the activity programming at scop will primarily be weekly group sessions focused on self-sufficiency, reintegration and successful community living. the modification is in alignment with the recommendations in the dignity fund completed earlier this year and providing tailor programming when able. we are very happy to have this opportunity to serve this population in partnership with bayview. thank you and i'm happy to answer any questions you might have at this time. >> president serina: thank you, tiffany. any comments or questions from the com

i want to talk about the bayview and ask you, commissioners, to go back to our community benefits and see how the distribution of that community benefits is done. so what was agreed by the task force was 5% of $1 billion, which is 50 million. first, it was 6 million. first, it was 300 million, and then, reading your reports, it's $1 billion, so you all go read the reports and figure out your distribution. you all need to figure it out, please, because i'm the last of the mohicans. the others are just rubber stamping. we call them sellouts. so commissioners, step back, look at this, and do the right thing. others are in bed, and in listening to the last commission meeting, and i think each of the speakers that spoke on the tuolomne river should be getting a commendation because they spoke truth to power. and so i was doing my research, and i said, let me go to the source of the tuolomne river, and i believe they are t glaciers. and once, i believe that whole area was covered with snow. and i was told that maybe in five or ten years, there will be no snow. so why are we building skyscra

know the african american context statement, while not formally adopted, it is being used by the bayview cultural district working group. we have given the working group until january 14th to provide us some additional feedback and comments that they would like added to the document, and in working with the bayview working group, we are hoping to bring that to this commission for adoption in february. the sacred heart parish complex, the landmark designation, as you know, has been put on hold by this commission to allow the project sponsor time to talk to fire and building regarding some outstanding issues for their proposal. they did have that meeting. we anticipate that that project will also come back to you very shortly. we are trying to schedule a meeting with the project sponsor to talk about those next steps. hopefully this month, but if not , early in the new year. the residence historic context statement, staff has completed their review on the draft from the fund committee, and we are working with the consultant to finalize the evaluated framework so once the framework is compl

i'm a resident of the bayview. it is stunning to me that we even have to have this fight. our cities north of s.f.o. and neighborhoods here in the southeast corner of san francisco have become sacrificial lambs to profit. here are a few questions that have been asked before and never answered. why was there no environmental impact report done before the f.a.a. ruled out next gen, and why were there no public hearings held? if profit is the motive and the airlines have said they will save over $3 billion with next gen technology, there will be no end to the destruction of our communities. it will only get worse. it is not the responsibility of communities to save the airlines billions of dollars. it is the responsibility of city, state, and national governments to protect its people, and if congress is the only entity who can fix this, we, cities and states, have given away too much power. conflicting roles. the f.a.a. has been cited as an example of regulatory capture in which the airline industry openly dictates to its regulators its governing rules, arranging for not onl
