we were founded in 1972 and we're located on third street in the bayview community. in this building that we see on the slide which we own and we're also proud of that as well. here in this building we do a lot of great things for the community. first and foremost we have the growth community that vice president smith will talk about learn we have the first two cohort was city emt, the bayview disaster preparedness classes is held here and mission a local non-profit that teaches the youth how to code and others and do the courses and a bunch of other things i'm not aware of knowing that the technological way we want to make sure we have access to resources and opportunities in our community outside of the fire department but of all fields especially with technology being a growing one. we currently have 110 active members. historically we had 230 more than the bobble today. we are working with the administration and get back to those numbers that we had in san francisco. this is a special photo for us. we have the first black female mayor present in this picture and

off of 5 80 there at the bayview avenue off ramp. i drive this stretch a lot, and i'm telling you, there is construction in that area, and just recently they reconfigured the lanes. maybe that played a role. maybe a dinner that is under investigation. but as you can see again in this live picture, the traffic is at a standstill in the eastbound direction of 5 80 in richmond as we get new developments about this collision when the truck will get pulled out of here in total way. of course we will bring it to you. turning now to the historic heatwave, scorching california more than 50,000 customers across the bay area lost power yesterday because of the heat right now, more than 6500 customers remain without power. pg and e. says the majority of those customers are in the east bay more than 3500 and the south bay and peninsula . both have more than 1000 heat related outages. on top of that, more than 297,000 customers have been notified today. to prepare for potential rotating outages right now in energy emergency alert to is in effect.
