beyond 100 days will be starting on bbc four at 7.ntinue coverage of tonight's commemoration, together. i'll be back with a look at the first edition of the papers. that's after the ten o'clock news and sportsday. before all of that, let's take a look at the weather prospects — with darren bett. earlier today we had some thunderstorms to the south of london and they have now moved out into the english channel but the threat continues through the rest of this week. but many areas will be dry with some sunshine around and temperatures widely today into the low 20s. in the north east of england it was much colder. we also had some cloud around in scotland and northern ireland but that is getting to break up. we still have low cloud pushing further inland in the north east of england and other eastern parts of england. everything coming in from the north sea so further west it is dry and clear. not particularly cold but still quite lowly in the south east. the cloud across eastern england should roll back very quickly towards coastal area
