warning folks who just were walking along the beach? what was your role in this while this was happening? >> so the fire department has a set list of policies that we follow following an earthquake. so all of our fire engines and ladder trucks will go out into the community and survey for damage, because we weren't finding a lot of damage, we shifted towards the tsunami warning. and we're encouraging folks to please stay away from the coastline, stay away from the water. there is nothing to see at the coast during a tsunami warning. you will not see a big wave. you will not a warning from bart to get off the trains. the good news, though. bart has resumed service, including service through the transbay tube. as of about ten minutes ago. bart does say that they there will be some residual delays because of having to stop service for about 45 minutes to check. in the wake of that earthquake. and that tsunami warning, as you mentioned, has been lifted for our area. but it was a little bit disturbing for some passengers who hadn't experienc

and a beach access path to better connect this park to, to the beach and that access path, as well as a part of that trails project as well. the intent is to have a spur trail coming off of the south side of the park to that would come down from the top of mccullough road and plug into the backside of quarters ten. so again, just really trying to note how this is a park that is not only about itself and ten, but about this whole kind of beach access and active area. zooming in to the park itself, the existing parking lot is shown there on the west side, as well as the existing restroom. there is actually an existing park here today, so this is really just a park improvement. a park enhancement project. the quarters ten building is shown there on the south side. we have a central lawn area, a fairly small but sizable lawn that's intended to really be kind of the central active element of the park. there's a patio on the south side of the lawn that's intended to really support the quarters ten building program, and then a higher picnic area about above the lawn to host picnics that are
