industries wants to part certain days of the week on jbeil street. -- on beale st. each one says they're going to make $2,000 per day. $250,000 per year there would be taking out of this restaurant located on beale st. that is a lot of money. they talk about creating new sales tax. we are the generate that. we have been there for 14 years. we already generate sales tax for them. they talk about hiring new employees. we have to lay off employees. it is not only these two. i have in my hand 189 permits that are in the works that are in front of dpw or have been already given permits. three or four of them are going to be at 33 market street and beale. that is bombay cafe. dog city. kababistan. they are all going to park right there. there are about six or seven. it is amazing the amount of money that will be taken out of the restaurants right there. if we look at the gross sales that they are going to do an apply all of the expenses that we incur and pass it on to them, the same expenses, if you look at it, if they make $520,000.72% our expenses, that is 28% net incom

again, this is beale street. the building is an uninterrupted by this extra detail. the park has also undergone a great deal of development in the past several months. one of the things we have been looking at, because it is critical not only to look and feel of the park, but also the cost and functionality, is what will it be like on day one, 20 years into the future? here you can see the opening day of the park. the size of the trees are carefully chosen so that they are a reasonable beginning size. this has to do both with their cultivation as plant species, as well as the cost and density of the park. at year 2025, those years -- at your 25, they create a large open space but still very conducive to weigh-finding. from first street, this is day one. this is your 25. as the part develops in the future, you can see that the park becomes more and more will come. we are also quite fortunate to be working with a number of good artists in the transit center. julie chang, a local san francisco artist in doing this multicolored floor for the grand palazzo. she has been s

east end of the project from freemont through beale street has been completed. all that will be left on the shore wall will be the street crossings after the next phase of utility. to give you an idea between the sides, the photo on the left is the end of september, on the right, the end of october. that is where the buttress work continues. it is hard to see a lot of change there but we have been very successful with the buttress work. the rest of the site, you can see how the area, their rigs that do the cdsm work, shore mall, have moved around. particularly, notice the large area of steel is getting smaller and smaller as we go to october. those beams code to the shourd wall. them minyas street operation was complete. the fence line will be moved just to the outside of the steel beams you see sticking up that represent the edge of the shoring wall. ministry will be reopened for the remainder of the project. i think it actually happened last week. there is a shoring wall at the law west and -- the west end. we crossed fremont street the weekend before last, ea
