also, for beautification purposes, they formed a group to help beautify this section by planting and picking up garbage and debris. they are recommending that tall vehicle restrictions on the approaches and also along the frontage where the freeway is located. this proposal was supported by the captain from the english station. we have a public hearing and the there was some opposition. after the hearing was conducted, we received quite a number of e- mail and also petitions objecting to the overnight parking restriction on the opposite side. from our experience, that this type of proposal is successful if this is supported by a vast majority of the neighborhood. i've is that we don't have this in this case. what i would recommend is for the safety portion, the tall vehicle restriction that we approve, the hope that we tabled this on the freeway side to allow us to facilitate meetings with the two groups and see if we can come up with a compromise or arrangement that is acceptable to both sides. >> with item k, with the knoll camper, would that p.m. -- would that be for no campers, w
