parents of the bullies failed and i think the school failed because they didn't take it seriously when beccaept telling them -- i went down there myself and showed them stuff posted on facebook by these girls. >> reporter: guadalupe shaw is still being held in jail and the 12-year-old in court today has been released but assigned to home confinement but she got permission from the judge this morning to walk outside of her house and at least walk around in her yard and her lawyer is also trying to get her some sort of tutoring so she can continue to do that, because she is suspended from school. the judge is concerned how she will be monitored if at any point she's using the computer for that. the parents say she must be aware when she's using the computer and monitored around the clock. >> if the girls are convicted, what could their punishment be? >> reporter: well that will be interesting to see, the juvenile process here in florida will take some time, there's is imin place where they will be able to get guidance from the juvenile system and a lot of that will depend on what that outside

it was sadness because becca's not here. >> reporter: this weekend, robin, would have been sedwick's 13th birthday. now, the other 14-year-old is waking up in this jail behind me. the parents of both girls worried that after all of this exposure, their daughters' lives might also be destroyed. robin? >> all right. matt, thank you very much. joining us now is polk county sheriff grady judd. sheriff judd, really appreciate you spending time with us. in matt's piece, we heard from the parents of the two girls who were arrested. what led to their arrests? >> well, we had them under investigation from the time that rebecca jumped from the tower. we heard immediately from all of the little friends that they were -- that rebecca was being bullied by these two girls. and as a result, we were conducting an investigation. but what rushed the arrest yesterday was because of a post that one of the girls put on her facebook saturday morning. can you believe, after all of the problems the parents still allowed them to have their facebook account? they still let their child, their 14-year-old, get

voting come and that's what i'm saying, about the republican electoral prospects, that did more, that's becca i want to put the people back in charge to keep fighting. and so that's why i still think i do think the role giunta and anything will work well enough about obamacare for 2014 to get it off the kind of political life support is been on for these last three plus years. that's my own personal view. >> another question? >> have you done any polling on medicaid expansion of the states? >> i've done a lot -- i've done a lot of polling on medicaid expansion because we've had -- our client base includes some of the republican governors who supported medicaid expansion. i've done a lot of work on trying to explain and build support for medicaid expansion. and again, good-humored leak, i was after the forthcoming we said no, there's an argument that would convince the majority of republicans to support medicaid expansion. because if i can do it in the first or polls, i'm not going to do in this one. so i think medicaid expansion is systemic in terms of public opinion. i am very supportive and
