sarah, thank you so much for beinger here. >> thank you so much. ashley: okay.two funds, the focus is on international and emerging markets. what kind of trends are we seeing in that space? >> well, in our world we like looking at currency trends, interest rate trends and credit trends, so in the interest rate space it's pretty steady as she goes. there's no massive inflation anywhere, so no central bank is really doing anything. currencies might start giving us a kick toward the end of the year when we get more global growth. credit is pretty much awesome. ashley: okay. so what are some of the ig -- the biggest challenges facing emerging markets the year? >> well, truly the developed markets. so the fact that germany and the group that's been fighting in europe over the prospects of debt there has contributed a lot of slow growth. china's had a tough time, emerging markets export to these countries and have had a harder time selling their products. ashley: okay. so you focus on three big asset classes. what are they? let's start with the first one, the southern
