bellview is one of them. i think the things that are reassuring here are that in terms of the training, you know, heave had fake patients coming in in terms of practicing what would we do in this case? then they have feedback session where's they figure out, okay, where do we make mistakes and what do we do to correct it? also, they've had internet communities where people can ask questions within the hospital. if you have a question, you get an answer pretty quickly, and you have an established authority. like a command within the hospital to figure out what to do. i think those things are all reassuring. you can't tell if we're prepared until we actually face the challenge, but i definitely think that those things are reassuring. >> yomg what people have to woerp about in their daily lives, this is not the number one thing there, but in terms of how we see these missteps or, you know, judgment calls where it could have actually gone -- they could have gone a better route, i think that's what's really making
