joining me right now is richard bernstein, cnbc contributor from richard bernstein advisers. ben pace from georgia bank private wealth management, greg ip, and heather hughes from santa monica funds. ben pace, first to you. what's your take on today's decline? >> i think a lot of us have been waiting for a correction. the cyprus situation looked like it was somewhat resolved and then parliament voted it down. that could be one reason. but every time this market corrects even slightly on this negative news, the powerful combination of better economic statistics in the u.s., and the never-ending fed ease kind of brings buyers back in. i would like to buy on lower levels, me and a lot of other market participants, but we'll see if this is the one that et gets the 5 to 7% correction that a lot of us have been waiting for. >> you think this would be a buy on the dip mentality, but it could be a little while before we see that? >> i think so. >> greg, in his conference yesterday, federal reserve chairman ben bernanke answered a question about the stock market. we want to get your take
