we're looking at it right around 95 and the ben franklin bridge area. traffic is at a complete standstill right now. your best best is to avoid 95 at all costs. northbound lanes are open. southbound side completely closed approaching that scene. you can see on the map system, a delay behind that, your best bet, get off at girard avenue. we're not seeing any backups there. we do have that triple threat, which means with the closure, close it right before the vine street expressway. the vine street expressway was closed with that construction. we're starting to see cars flow back through. this is what i'm hoping will start to happen, what we can do, some of this traffic thinned out here, they can let traffic diverted off the vine street expressway headed westbound here. you can see just removed that center for construction at the vine. so head westbound on the vine street expressway and head eastbound down the schuylkill sk schuylkill and get back down to 95 that way. that will be your best bet, to take that route to get-that cleaned up and out of the way
