the apartment complex at 22nd and the ben franklin parkway last night. the fire was contained to the 19th floor, and no one was hurt. >>> we've learned the name of the philadelphia police officer who shot and killed a dirt bike rider during a confrontation last week. nbc10 obtained this exclusive video of the incident. police say that officer ryan panal was stopped at a red light at hunting park and whitaker avenues last thursday. he spotted david jones driving a dirt bike erratically. the officer attempted to question jones. jones allegedly pulled a gun from his waistband. the officer shot him several times. jones died from his injuries. the officer, a 12-year veteran of the force, is on paid administrative leave. >>> and dramatic moments on the jersey shore when good samaritans rescued two drowning girls. >> this shows the rescue in monmouth county. the teenage girls were caught in a riptide there. there are no lifeguards until june 20th. beachgoers jumped in to save them. >> the police were here quickly, first-aid squad. the one girl -- it looked like
