my name is ben hancock for inside u.s. trade. you have been very clear in calling for the free trade agreement to come forward from the white house to be submitted to congress. given the current atmosphere in congress right now, what makes you think they can work together on that issue specifically? do you have -- >> it is very clear there's a commitment to work together on the trade agreements. they're looking at the numbers fading away. they held them off agreement by both parties when they were doing -- trying to avoid a debt default. everybody agreed as soon as we came back in september we will send the. not only the trade agreement but the trade adjustment assistance and they have to figure out a sequence of voting. i think everybody is ready to do it. if they don't do it, not only will we lose a lot of jobs, not only will we lose our position of some responsibility in the americas but we will lose our position in the world and it will be a very sad day if we walk away from these deals and others will step in to our place. t
