. >> host: ben shapiro what's your criminal case against the president? >> guest: so basically in the criminal case against barack obama, the basic case that a i make is that we should change the rico laws to allow citizens of the united states to actually bring racketeering charges against the federal government which would essentially shut down the federal government which i know and i can deal with. as far as the specifics of the different cases, there are multiple p counts that i bring ranging from invasion of privacy and violation of your civil rights and violation of the fourth amendment and federal law to violation of the internal revenue service laws with regard to the targeting of political conservative groups. everything from the failure to actually provide security at the embassy in benghazi which really does amount to involuntary manslaughter to the fast and furious scandal. there's a lot of criminal activity going on inside this administration. of course, the biggest problem is that the person who is charged with policing criminal scandals in
