ben van houten. >> thank you commissioners. thank you president bleiman. i wasn't-real nervous when you started out on that but it ended up okay. good evening. ben van houten with workforce development with a short update for you all. we have been talking a lot about state legislation during the updates and finally at the end of the state or approaching the end of the state legislative year. the governor until the end of the month to sign or veto legislation. there are at this point two bills that we are closely following on his desks, sb793, which would create a music venue type liquor license and are then also sb1116, which i have not discussed previously at the commission hearings. it arrived on may radar later but create a new grant program for both non profit performing arts organizations and fiscally sponsored organizations. grants tied to their payroll expenses. if that is signed that is something to monitor and see how members of our entertainment community can access that fund. there is a laundry list of items that did not move forward or stopped d
