a two-car fender-bender, not serious but they are working to clear it. we can see the tow crews on scene. the biggest difference it's causing is they haven't turned on the metering lights so the traffic is stacked up behind the bay bridge so the fastrak lanes are still quickest. no backup there. it's the cash lanes that are starting to stack up. it's the number 5 lane impacted. you can see that tweet there from "kcbs traffic" letting you know they are trying to get it out of lanes right now. chp golden gate also tweeting earlier this morning telling you about the super long commute yesterday. it was certainly a mess much different story today than what we saw yesterday. it was one accident after another. it was very difficult to keep up. but again the roads are still a little slick this morning. so again, be extra careful. westbound 580, you're pretty typical on the drive time 21 minutes between altamont pass and 680. one of our slowest out the door leaving tracy through the livermore valley. it could be another very wet evening commute home so if you do

that type of morning, not a good morning to be on 08, this is north bay 380, we had a lot of fender benders but flooding, we have had flooding 680 at land desk 6:04 let's go back to at level savage. >> reporter: we have just a ton of spin out crashes and we have some heavy rain at times and what you are looking at is isabel avenue in livermore and obviously we have some very dangerous driving conditions on the roadway. chp officers cleared a chain reaction crash and the suv spun it out into the ditch. two other cars crashed and they pray are are -- the drive of the par is that rap off the roadway and slammed into a tree and that accident was at 2:00 this morning at the depaul avenue off ramp. it appears he was going to fast for those conditions. this was the scene on the connector ramp to eastbound 80 this morning and at least two were flooded and workers had to vacuum out all of that water. chp as they always do reminding people to take it slow and there is a lot of standing water, the kind of conditions that can lead to hydrobraining and we don't want it to fogp too closely. >> good news
