in benicia -- three people died in a crash on an off- ramp near interstate- 680. the crash happened about 3:40- this afternoon. on the lake herman off-ramp of northbound- 680. authorities say, three people in a kia. hit another car and went into a canal. all three were killed. of the vehicle had a fender bender and one vehicle in a particular hostler had somehow the lake herman road off-ramp is now open. on to our coverage of the napa earthquake aftermath. many downtown streets remain closed -- posing a safety hazard. city officials say they are receiving an overwhelming amount of requests for building inspections. and there is not enough staff. napa's city council is asking for state and federal assistance. 30 more water main leaks were reported today.bringing the total up to 120. you can see the sense that has been put out here in fact since this offense has been put he conceded fancier than the peak of over it and see all of the damage out here it is the bricks on the ground and appeared to concede a sides of the building exposed obviously it do to get another
