that's where we find "fox 35" gina benitez. she's live on the scene with the very latest. i see a couple of flashing blues and reds, gina, still an active scene. >> reporter: still a very active scene out here this morning. investigators have been out here close to 8 hours. the roads still partially shut down as they try to piece what happened here. a little after 12:30 this morning orange county deputies responded to a shots fired call diamond club. once they got here they found 3 people had been shot. 1 person died on scene. the other two were taken to the hospital. homicide detectives believe at least 3 different motorcycle groups were involved in the city but it's unclear what led to all that violence. coming back out here live now, we still have two lanes here between lake underhill and cimarron. the rain is starting to come out. if you're out in this area keep that in mind. not causing too many slowdowns but there's a little traffic snarl here. we'll continue to keep you updated on this developing story. for now reporting

gina benitez live in daytona. gina, i know it's been a busy week for emergency crews and police but what happened there yesterday? >> reporter: yeah, absolutely. well, yesterday two spring breakers actually stole volusia county beach control jet patrols. they said their maintenance bern had to beach the jet ski because it was having some mechanical issues and that's when these two guys took advantage and took off on it. now, officers spotted these guys doing this and were able to follow them along the shoreline on land when the two thieves ditched the jet ski just south of the main street pier. they ran and officers were able to catch up with them. this is just one of many incidents happening here on daytona beach over the last couple of weeks. trouble keeping the crowds under control so they had to beef up enforcement. with which biggest issues has been underage drinking. police say they've already made more than 200 underage drinking arrests. arrests. >> we have been working with abt for the last 9 days and so f
