. >> msnbc's about benjy sarinen, fresh off the fight. what's the next battle going to look like? >> it's still a little unclear. republicans deliberately structured this spending deal so they'd fund through next year but the part that carries out obama's immigration order is only funded through february. so that means they'll threaten a partial government shutdown if obama doesn't cave on his executive action. they can do that by tying language to the bill that would prohibit funds for it or block him from carrying it out. they still haven't said specifically that's what they'll do. a lot of conservatives are very concerned that boehner will just cave as soon as there's any resistantce from the white house. boehner has warned his caucus he has limited options given that democrats still control the white house. >> of course they could also pass an immigration bill and make this whole issue moot. but that's a different story. do you expect there to be any push from republicans, some of them, against fighting these actions? >> there will be some pushback. at least to fighting these
