light rain coming down in bensalem. it's so light it's not an issue yet. however, if you take a look at the roadway, you can see it is dark however it is somewhat wet at this point though the traffic that is on this road is moving along okay. however that could change as it gets later. you do want to watch out for the icy patches if it gets colder, the ground has been cold lately, you could see slick spots out there. penndot crews reported for duty around midnight. salt yards were busy as equipment checks were underway, the salt was loaded up in the trucks this morning. 182 state trucks are on the roads and penndot expects to add contractor trucks to that crew. the conditions depend on where you are the concern for drivers this morning is how unpoliticcable this can be, coming across the icy patches. some drivers got ready last night but they said they will take this over last winter. >> i'm going to bring up my shovel and de-icer my ice melt from the garage, so i'll have that ready to go. >> i would rather take sleet a

a very busy morning for bensalem police department as well as others in this area. this police pursuit ended in a crash and then a foot chase. at this point we're told one of those suspects has been apprehendedded by police the the other one is still on the loose. look at this video. this is suspect's car up ended in the ditch a at the intersection of state road in tennis avenue in bensalem. this started around 1:30 this morning as a burglary call. there was a short police pursuit that ended here. once the two suspects crashed their car authorities say they ran into the woods. there was a large police presence earlier in the morning. the authorities called in the k-9 units and heat eking equipment in this search. again one of the two suspects has been caught by police but again that second suspect is still at large. the scene is near the grand view apartments and police were checking out that area as well this morning. the car has now been towed away from the scene and the scene is cleared. now it is still unclear the details about this pursuit, namely, where burgla
