the 78-year-old died on the bergen parkway on december 3rd. flames. fire claiming the lives of two people at the home. two people killed were an elderly brother and sister. fire officials were able to put out the fire quickly and get the two out of the home, but they weren't able to save them. >> they removed the victims, but unfortunately they succumbed to their injuries. >> you could see some of the damage, how the fire burned right through the roof. authorities say the two victims were found on the first floor of the house near their bedrooms. >>> happening today, the judge in the philip chism murder trial instructions. attorneys for both sides giving their closing arguments this morning after instruction, the jury will begin deliberating. chism is accused of raping and murdering his high school math teacher. he kits colleen ritzer in a bathroom. she was just 24 years old at the time. his defense attorneys claimed that the 16-year-old was insane when he killed his teacher. >>> two people are recovering after a huge fire in south bridge. it happened
