dropping to the northwest, the lehigh valley, berks county, and beyond is light rain. you see the showers that are starting to build in maryland, those will be coming our way during the day. stand by for a rainy one and cooler one. the temperatures falling as the day goes on. this afternoon, philadelphia, rain and 43 degrees. 40s in the suburbs. dropping to the low 40s this afternoon. a chilly rain in the lehigh valley. similar conditions that drop in temperature, light rain at 11:00 in delaware, 42 degrees with rain and clouds. a breeze out of the northeast that's going to keep the temperatures chilly right on through the evening. temperatures fall from the upper 40s in south jersey, to the low 40s this afternoon. a chilly rain at the shore, too. warmer right now. the 50s disaaa piece and it's going to be 40s for the balance of the day. yes, showers ahead. and more of this will be streaming into the area for today, tomorrow, and the weekend. futurecast shows the heavier stuff staying to the northwest and snow staying out of the picture. this is just going to be rain.
