parker near san pablo avenue in southwest berkeley. when police arrived they found three teens sitting in a car suffering from gunshot wounds. all three rushed to the hospital. two suffered serious injuries. the third teen was described as nonlife-threatening injuries. investigators are not certain whether the shooter was in another car or on foot. last night, berkeley police canvassed the area and talked to witnesses and hoping anyone who saw or heard what happened would give them a call. >> it is going to take a while. they are going to have to -- obviously, there is a lot of people. a lot of calls came in. it will take some time for us to go through all of the information, and also, talk to the victims, if they are able to provide us with any information. >> and that's one of the questions we have for berkeley police this morning. talking to the victims overnight, police have asked if they recognized or knew their attacker and find out more what may have prompted the shooting. other things investigators are trying to figure out, whe

this is a fraternity not officially sanctions by uc berkeley. two women reported being drugged at the party same night. unclear if it is one of the two women reported that a sexual assault took place in one of those rooms between 12:00 and 12:45 in the morning. berkeley police, not university police are investigating both the possible sexual assault and drugging. other reported druggings at a fraternity this school year. this is a campus police alert from october 29th warning that one or more people may have been drugged at an unnamed fraternity. this was more of a warning to students ahead of halloween and parties taking place, but at that time police said they had little to investigate unless a specific victim or fraternity came forward. now, as for the friday night reported druggings and possible sexual assault, again, it is berkeley police investigating this not, not campus police. we also researched the latest crime stats available in terms of sexual assaults and crimes of that nature here with uc berkeley. we'll have more on that coming up

of 12 hours in this parking lot at the north berkeley bart station. in each case vehicles made by honda were targeted. bart officials say two thefts were reported on monday followed by reports of another pair of stolen catalytic converters on tuesday. investigators say all of the vehicles were parked at the morning an when the drivers returned 8 hours later they noticed the auto parts missing "that's crazy that they have the time to do that much, it's not like it's a simple thing to take a catalytic converter off" however bart police say during that time frame the parking lot is full of vehicles. the theives are using that as cover while they are on the ground between parked cars disconnecting the converter from the vehicle's there are surveillance cameras here at the north berkeley bart station, like this one you see up there behind me. however it is pointed at the elevator door behind my camera, not at the parking lot where the catalytic converters are being stolen. bart officials say there are other surveillance cameras on this property but decline

the driver crashed into several cars before he was finally arrested in berkeley. laura anthony joins us live outside oakland police head quarters with the details. laura? >> reporter: police here in oakland and in berkeley still trying to count up the number of cars that were impacted by this incident this morning. there were some minor injuries, one to a pregnant woman, though she is in stable condition. and police still looking for the gun they say this driver used to flash at the people he was about to hit. this is how it ended in a residential neighborhood in berkeley after a suspect went on an hour-long rampage. flashing a gun and smashing into dozens of cars, including several police vehicles. >> there was a car that was weaving in and out of traffic and swiped her car and the car in front of her. >> he would look at the driver and intentionally drive his vehicle into that person's car. additionally, he would point a firearm at them. >> he was driving at high speeds, extremely erratic. at some points he was going in the wrong direction. >> reporter: it start
