in the east bay berkeley.investigating 2 brush fires set at the people's park housing construction site. they are investigating the fires as arson. an unknown person set 2 brush fires at 10 45 friday night in the center area and northwest areas of the park. anyone with information about the fires is asked to contact the berkeley police. and berkeley place are also dealing with another case. officers are looking for a woman accused of trying to lure a 12 year-old boy into her car. this happened tuesday night in the area of sacramento avenue and addison street. police say the boy was riding a scooter on the sidewalk when a woman stopped her car and try to convince him to get inside. now he refused but told officers that the woman then follow him in her car. the child managed to get away. police think the incident may be related to one that happened. august 29th in the area of ousted way and mckinley avenue involving a 13 year-old girl. witnesses describe the suspect as a woman about 30 to 40 years old. she's abo
