police on the hunt for a man who sexually assaulted a child in a public bathroom. that attack happened at berkeley marina yesterday afternoon. police are looking for an african-american man in his 40s or 50s. blond hair, green streaks. the child is back with family this morning. christie smith has talked to berkeley police. she'll ahave the latest at 5:00 >>> a fremont man facing charged of kidnapping thanked to alert neighbor and detective work. the 23-year-old aaron roy kidnapped a teenage girl in fremont monday morning. surveillance video allegedly shows roy getting into the backseat of a 16-year-old's car while inside shopping. as she drove away, roy allegedly appeared with a knife, telling her to drive to a remote location. police say she was able to break away and run when roy told her to take her clothes off. the girl was caught on a home surveillance camera running through a fremont neighborhood. you can see her at the top zipping through. a woman in the neighborhood happened to rescue that girl and then alerted police. officers identified roy by a fingerprint left in the victim's car. >>>
