this is in mantua, gloucester county route 45, near berkley road. this road is still wet but a lot of those flood waters has receded in the times that we have been out here. we have seen some cars driving through it, when we got here, the water is splashing up, we know that is a bad idea but because of the time we have within out here the roadway that car going by not too much water out there. so far this morning. lets look at video we have got earlier this morning when it was pretty bad and this road was washed out. we have police on the scene as well. they tell us that the roadway does not flood out here. route 45 near berkley road is a road that typically does flood but after all that heavy rain we got last night into this morning they say about 1:00 o'clock this road was washed out and they had to block it off in some parts for people so they wouldn't drive through. this can be a busy road during rush hour but again, because of the water appears to be receding they do not anticipate too much trouble. back out here live gloucester county under a
