"nbc 10" asked the police about the apparent hit and runs. in 2014 there were five hit and runs total for the whole year that killed pedestrians. this year so far we've already reached that number. two of those hit and runs happened last week. one of the victims, 2-year-old david alcea was killed in kensington. he was laid to rest yesterday
