got franklin, a category 4 of 4 storm spinning off a bermuda, right? they're not expected to make direct landfall and staying off the coast. that's good news. >> this one not so good news. this is a dalia, a much weaker storm system right now. it is a tropical storm rounding about about make its way past cuba now as it does, it begins to push out of some very fertile waters. what i mean is that we haven't had any major hurricane rolling through in the gulf of mexico. so that means that water has really warmed up. and that is going to add fuel to the storm as it makes its way out. the open waters right now is a tropical storm. this is a dolly, a 70 mile an hour sustained winds making strong tropical storm moving north at miles an hour. latest track takes it out waters and almost immediately becomes a category one. hurricane, possibly a category 2 by 2 o'clock in the afternoon. and then watch what happens. it takes aim at florida and there you go. by wednesday, possibly landfall. 02:00am or so with sustained winds 120 miles per hour. but what's dangerous
