let's go to bern sweet -- bernadette woods. >> reporter: well, the scattered showers continue to come down from the northwest. and temperatures are below freezing. this is what we're seeing. a lot of it starting to die down with that sun setting. you can see a few snow showers coming down from the northwest. and then it releases and moves on. we'll see a few more of these in the next few hours before things start to settle. here, the gusty northwest bringing in the cold air right now. and they're also bringing in the snow showers right now. really scattered about, some people seeing nothing at all. some seeing it there. it's down 25 degrees. across the state, we are below freezing. that's why anything falling is laying. when you factor in the winds, it feels like 15 in baltimore. minus 4 in oakland. look at the recent -- look at the recent swing in our temperatures. we were way above average. and people got kind of used to that. 60 degrees on saturday. the average now is 43 degrees. we were way above it today, only coming in at 32 degrees for our high. so quite a swing from where we h
