in fact, bern before i came into work, mary would be happy to know this. was out without my jacket on. living on the edge of life. >> you are a rebel out there. but it's just been so nice the past couple of days around here. we were very cold for a stretch, heading into the weekend. we got that ice and snow. then yesterday, we got up to 59 degrees. we report quite there today. pretty nice. enough so you can go outside without your jacket, kai. the clouds are coming in as the next storm approaches. as far as temperatures go, the winds have turned around to the southeast. and that's not allowing us to get to the east. overall, we're about continue degrees -- it 10 degrees cooler than we were justice. -- yesterday. and look at these temperatures. compared to our averages, we topped out at 49 today. the average is 42. this is also worth noting. the average is starting to step up once again. we bottomed out, 33 degrees. now on the way back up. we have cool air coming our way eventually. here's the overall picture. clouds starting to come in from it right now. t

impressive in the pacific, move over to this side of the screen, as the cloud cover gets close to the berns coastline, it's starting to dissipate, a sign of high pressure from the south. that will push this latest rainmaker well up to the gulf of alaska keeping us dry, possibly 7-14 days. for tomorrow morning, we will find areas of fog, temperatures in the 60s and thursday, a little bit of cooling and plenty of sunshine coming our way. let's look at this water. it's been unusually dry, not only for san francisco and oakland, san jose, but all of us here. oakland is doing the worst, just 30% of normal. as for tomorrow morning, we'll drop down to the coldest levels at santa rosa, 48 degrees. close to 50 expected in san francisco. and tomorrow on your wednesday, we're expecting mid-60s in the south bay. 64n san jose, 65 in evergreen and 63 in los gatos and for the peninsula, upper 50s to near 60 degrees. those areas of dense morning fog and by the afternoon, we're cleared out, 63 in concorde and low 60s through the tri-valley. 62 in napa. 65 in calistoga. and over to the coastline, 67 and cool
