cnn's camila bernal is in los angeles on this. what more are you learning? >> reporter: kate, so sources telling cnn that there is no foul play suspected in this case. so we are waiting for the medical examiner's office right now, they listed his death as deferred and that just means that more is needed. sources telling us that they are waiting for that toxicology report and normally to get those it takes several weeks. so we may need more time before we really learn the cause of death and what happened. it is the los angeles police department that was investigating the death. in the meantime, though, his family responding and reacting and saying to "people" magazine that they are heartbroken by the tragic loss of a brother and a son. also saying that he brought joy to the world with his acting, but also as a friend. so many here in hollywood reacting and among them morgan fairchild who played his mother on "friends," here is what she said on cnn this morning. >> right from the first there was just that joy, that kind of friendly and wonderful puppy dog kind
