reporter: former vice president joe biden will be sandwiched right between senators elizabeth warren and berniese candidates have a lot of pricey, expensive ideas. sanders tweeted today, essentially bragging about it, saying he would devote 10 times the number of resources to combat climate change than biden would. warren is out today with a plan to address social security, which of course comes with a price. warren's plan promises people who get social security benefits will receive $200 more every month. that will be paid for essentially by a tax on the top 2%. high earning families will contribute 14% of their net investment income to social security. this is the first time though that warren will get a chance to face biden on the debate stage. the debate is here in texas at texas southern university, a historically black college that was founded in texas when texas was still a segragated state. biden is out with a new campaign ad today before he takes the stage reminding everyone he was president barack obama's vp. >> i think we should step back and say something we don't stay enough as a p
