for more on that let's turn to bertha coombs at cnbc world headquarters. >> good morning. we have futures pointing to a 1% pop at the open if things continue at this rate. something is happening in grease. the vice president is likely to be the new prime minister. now kpst expect that had prime minister will step down. after the vote on the the budget he will step down. they had a bond auction this morning. it went better than expected. so the dow is coming off a 3% plunge. falling 389 points to 11,780. the nasdaq lost more than 100 points to 2621. the number of homeowners receiving foreclosure notices jumped 10% from september. it's evidence that activity is picking up after slowing when problems surfaced after the robo signing paperwork issues. nevada tops the nation with every 180 homes receiving notices. california ranked second. and home prices continue to fall in nearly 75% of u.s. cities over the summer. most analyst ls say prices will continue to fall. and with foreclosures expecting to hit the market, they are ramping up. so we preeshlt that heading out the door.
