betsy, while we wait for the democrats' report, house republicans have drafted their own counterreporth you wrote about. here is the headlines, "house republicans put together an impeachment rebuttal report." what can you tell us about this rebuttal report? any talking points we haven't heard yet? >> it doesn't break any new ground or reveal any details we didn't have yet, but it does show the extent to which house republicans are making sure there's really no daylight between where they're at on the impeachment issue and the white house. they point to the president's unfounded allegations about ukraine allegedly interfering in the united states 2016 election and say these are concerns they believe warrant attention and potentially warrant investigation. meanwhile, of course, it's been widely reported that american intelligence officials told senators in both parties they believe those exact allegations are actually being pushed as a russian disinformation operation by members of the russian security services. so to see that in the republican report is certainly notable. this document
