so i think the expectation is exactly what you said, betty. if the president and the white house lost that they would appeal the supreme court. interestingly there was some speculation if the other side lost, if the states lost they might not appeal this one. they might appeal the order in boston because it was more narrowly considered. so they might have better likelihood of overturning the appeal or appealing the institution of the ban that happened in new england rather than the one here. this one looks like it has gone in favor of the states. there is a business issue here too. we had over a hundred companies here in california, sill convalley, technology companies in particular siding with the washington state court saying this ban was bad for business. it was bad for the economy. it was going to hurt the economy of the united states and they wanted this ban overturned. so this is a very big business issue. this isn't just about international human rights. now this is -- the ball is in the court of the white house and the trump administra
