the amendments we believe address all of the concerns that have been raised by judge beyer. even though we believe that judge beyer simply got it wrong, and we respectfully note that, we still want to address the concerns that he raised by doing the following: the first thing the amendments do is that it caps relocation assistance payments to $50,000. the second thing that it does, it requires that the tenant use the relocation assistance payment on replacement housing and things like moving costs or any other costs incured to mitigate the negative impact of that eviction. and then the third thing that it does is the amendments specifies the method that must be followed by the controller to estimate the market cost of an apartment. colleagues, we passed this law with a super majority of this board, and i respectfully ask for your support in passing the changes that i have outlined. i believe that these changes that we passed in consultation with the various partis that were involved in the original legislation, that these changes strike a balance to address the concerns that

whether the firm is bullish or bearish they have more buys than sells and often many more beyers than sells with the sole exception of goldman. even goldman has one sell rating on ox depp shall with a whole lot of neutrals. what are they fighting over? in order for oil to find the sustainable bottom we need to see production cuts from opec or production cup cuts from nonopec players like the many u.s. producers where oil depletes quickly over time or we need to see stronger demand. so far we haven't seen any meaningful production cuts from outside of opec and many u.s. producers can turn a profit as long as the price is above $40 a barrel. plus those who can't turn a profit doesn't mean they can stop drilling. that's right. i'm talking about something called held by production contracts. many in the u.s. have lease agreements where they only hold the right to their acreage as long as they keep drilling and producing. so even if they're losing money they may have to drill anyways so they don't lose what could be a valuable lease hold. how about opec cutting production. it's not happeni
