let's start with steve kornacki at the big board. steve, walk us through where things stand at this hour. >> let's start in pennsylvania. if joe biden wins it, he wins the presidency. he leads pennsylvania by 6,826 votes. there are still a fair number of votes to be reported out. these are all absentee votes, all mail ballots still being counted and reported out. there are approximately 130,000 of them left to be counted in pennsylvania. you know, normally, if you had a race this close and you had 130,000 ballots left, you'd be saying, well, some of those ballots are going to be really good for biden and some are going to be good for trump and they'll go back and forth and this could go either way here. the twist is these are, as i said, they're in the mail ballot counting portion of thing. the mail ballots in pennsylvania have been consistently from county to county, red county to blue county, east to west, they have been consistently favorable to biden, because it's very clear in pennsylvania and elsewhere that where mail-in voting
