jeb bush suspending his campaign is the other big news. we have very interesting news in terms of turnout. on the democratic side, a third straight race in which the turnout is way down. preliminary numbers show turnout was down almost 50%. on the republican side, a third straight race in which the exact opposite happened, in which they appear to have record turnout. the previous record turnout in south carolina was 606,000 in 2012. right now 725,000 were 99% reporting thus far out of south carolina. so it's been a very big night for the republicans again. and again, turnout isn't
