i'm an employee of line bike. i do the recharging and the collecting and organizing of the scooters that are left on the sidewalk. on a personal level, i just want to say that the way this company has affect me and other people who have had the ability to get this employment has been so significant, i'm someone who is paying for my own residence, able to pay for my own dental care, buying my own residence, and it's impacting me as someone of the lgbt community who is often turned down for jobs that others would have equal opportunity for. aside from that, being out in public, seeing the amount of hostility, seeing that someone should be assaulted for mace for riding a scooter, people throwing scooters angrily, causing the problems that they say we are responsible for as a company, and also, at the same time, the amount of upper -- upper focused transportation and there being no regulation for uber's parking in the like lanes, when i'm driving around there, picking these up, the ubers are filling up the bike lanes,

people on the bikes. looking at highway 4 in bay point and concord coming over the hill it is moderate, certainly the commute is better than yesterday where we had some issues but today is more of a normal commute. likewise for the eastshore freeway, 36 minutes is the same time to the macarthur maze. also at the bay bridge toll plaza we have 20 minutes on the delay and on the oakland freeways we have not filled in yet from san leandro to oakland. the san mateo bridge is slowing down and so is the south bay commute. northbound 280 i saw 280 getting slow and stacked in downtown san jose which means 101 and 85 are getting stacked and people are avoiding the freeways. this is not the worst i have seen getting to cupertino or sunnyvale, for example 101 is in decent shape from sunnyvale into palo alto. this is a live look at the downtown san jose commute. on the right is northbound 280 and you can see it is slowing down. 7:14 and this man is not slowing down at all.>> not ever, not until 10:00. okay, already we

coalition, people protected bike lanes. we've reached out to senior and disability action network. we've been trying to make sure that we're being good community partners by listening to everyone that has concerns or questions or ideas in terms of how to make things better. we've taken a lot of the feedback to heart and we've implemented a lot of new things, such as re-stickering all of our scooters so it makes it very clear what the rules are and what the expectations are. having operated now dockless mobility services in about 50 markets across the united states, we're bringing our operational know how to our hometown. and so whenever we get a report that we receive about a misparked scooter or a scooter obstructing the right of way, we dispatch our operations team as quickly as possible. and so that's something that we are already doing in san francisco. and i'm sure that's going to be a requirement for san francisco's permit. we met with dpw as well as this. please contact us. we don't want to put the onus on the public
