joining us is lieutenant colonel bill cowan, military analyst.et's dig a little deeper to what we have seen in lone wolf attacks. seems like a lot of people will say there is an intelligence breakdown but what i would say from my experience in intelligence we are allowing the internet, cyberwar to be used at this point because they are telling people what tactics they can use to make acts with terror, how to make a bomb, there was the name of an article in a magazine, how to take a truck and mow people down. what do people know about cyber and what can be done to stop the attacks being spread online? >> we spoke in the last hour, a lot of these websites, social media outlets that have those kinds of things and allow people access to those things, if we went on google and did a search for making a bomb in your house you would get all kinds of hits, all kinds of places someone could go and learn how to make a bomb out of household materials. it out to be incumbent on google or yahoo or any other search engine to make sure access to that kind of inf
