the attorney general needs to look into the accusations and have mayor bill deblasio who said the governor needs to be investigated and potentially his emergency powers be stripped which were granted to him to handle the pandemic. >> dana: it might be too soon to tell. what do you think is the next step? people suggesting perhaps governor cuomo will be forced to announce he is either not going to run for that fourth term that he wants or even maybe not be there in the long term. >> right. we just need to get through at least the top of this week. usually the governor does have a briefing on mondays. it is yet to be seen. not anything on his public schedule. four years is a long way off but -- of course, two years when he runs again. >> bill: have you given much thought to this? if his enemies are trying to take him out is it easier to go after this story or easier to go after the nursing home scandal? >> these are parallel right now, right? i think they are two separate issues. however, the nursing home problem has been building for the past year. it really came to a head this past month.
