meteorologist bill henley is standing by with a look at what is happening, good morning, bill. >>> the woman we talked to in center city said it all. this goes for the entire area where it's a similar type of snow for the entire area. that light, fluffy snow. it's easy to shovel or sweep away or sweep off the car, but very treacherous to drive on. light snow is very light here in northeast philadelphia. atlantic city, all seeing light accumulating snowfall with temperatures like this. it's all snow for the entire event. and for the entire region as well. and it looks like it has changed a little bit in this view from the melon bank building still coming down. you will see some period where it will come down heavier. and it will get a bit lighter. in center city that was a patch of heavier snow moving through that rosemary mentioned. now just a steady light snow. and that is continuing in delaware and south jersey. dover has seen more of the heavy snow. you can see it crossing into cumberland county. cape may be see more of the accumulating snow. we are seeing a band in bucks county to

meteorologist bill henley has a whole lot of excitement for us this morning. bill? >> almost like it's february. >> almost. >> it is cold. yesterday was cold but we didn't have the wind yesterday. this morning the wind has made a comeback and it's making it feel like it is below zero for much of the area. look at the camera shaking in the wind. this is the view from camelback this morning. especially cold in the pocono mountains. everyone has got the cold this morning and the wind too. winds are gusting to 25 right now in philadelphia and 29-mile-an-hour wind gusts in south jersey at millville at the airport. look at mt. pocono. four degrees with the wind blowing there. feels like 16 degrees below zero. and it feels like it's below zero in philadelphia wilmington and millville as well. the flag is blowing and that's not going to get any rest during the day today. winds gusting this afternoon, too. so temperatures, you can see, are not going to change all that much. 13 at 7:00. by 9:00 16 degrees. and then 18 at lunchtime. take a closer look at the cold and the weeke
