san francisco police chief bill scott and district attorney brooke jenkins confirmed the arrest of 21 year old santos de la rosa of hollister. he is charged with murder, robbery and assault. de la rosa is suspected of beating the 60 year old richmond district store clerk johannes tebaldi with a baseball bat on august 24th. tebaldi died several days later. there's no place for this kind of violence in our city in anyone who commits these types of heinous acts will be arrested and held accountable. now, investigators identified de la rosa as the suspect and arrested him on wednesday. san francisco mayor london breed says this attack has shaken the community. breed wrote, we will not accept any acts of violence in our city. our public safety agencies will work to make arrests and prosecute those who commit these violent crimes. our time now for 35. a suspect now in custody in connection with a deadly stabbing outside of a mobile home park in union city. one person was killed, two others were hurt. this happened yesterday morning at the tropics mobile home park on aladdin boulevard, not f
