here to update us is billy bush with "access hollywood." let's start with your general impressions about the funeral over the weekend. particularly bobby brown's exit. >> well, his exit was -- he said the reason why he was leaving with his nine guests was because he didn't want to make a scene but of course leaving is -- made the scene. that's why we're talking about it today. not only did he leave abruptly and early. he arrived late. the funeral had already begun. so, you know, he said he couldn't see bobbie christina. security moved them around a few times. he said i don't want to make a scene. i got to go. whitney wouldn't want it this way. it ended up being a scene and others defended him. i think most people rolled their eyes. it was quite unfortunate. >> what about bobbie christina and her actions afterward? >> some reports out there that bobbie christina after the funeral and one direct report from the daily beast had sources saying she went to a hotel and was doing drugs while the family was looking for her, didn't know where she we

about someone who is common to both bush white houses, america's spiritual president in many ways, bill graham. he played a significant role in your lives? >> yes, billy was a great fwrrid of ours and george's mother adored him, she went to the inauguration the first one and she went back to the white house and in the queen's bedroom and billy came back and sat with her i mean, he was that close a friend, she said i think the happiest day in my life was when billy came to talk to us. he came to dinners and i think you all were there when he came to the dinner and one of our nephews or cousins, one of george's millions was there at dinner. and said to him, well, dr. graham i have a close friend whose brother died and he was a very good guy. why did that happen? and billy was sweet and he gave him a wonderful lovingwhh seeme the time. but it is a hard answer and billy was so thoughtful to our face aainly loved george w. and hw. >> faith, clearly helps you get through a tough time? >> faith does for sure. and the churches that we went to, the chapel that bar mentioned at camp david was really, you know, it's something that i miss, we went there of course

bush era tax cut goes away. the entire tax cut. >> yes. >> and furthermore, because obamacare kicks in, billy, you're going to have another tax increasepayrolls which will hit the capital gains tax for upper end people. this kind of tax hike is the cbo said will drop growth to only 1% next year. that's why i say stop the madness. >> larry, larry, you know just as well as i do, and so does tom that the bush tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 get worse as the next ten years goes on. so the greater part of the deficit in 2020 will be because of those tax cuts. some of those tax cuts i think are legitimate, those that help the working poor and the middle class. those tax cuts when we talk about millionaires and billionaires to me are over the line and produces less revenue. so you could squeeze everything you want out of social programs. some are vital. some are unnecessary. and to invest in education. business needs investments. >> transfer payments are out of control. tom price, 20 seconds, last word. >> what we need is spending reduction. spending reductions here in washington. decrease the regulation, provide certainty in the marketplace so th
