i know there is a percentage, but it would be great to get a little bioon some of these services to know it's given to people who have put up with. i have brought this up and will continue to bring it up and hold people accountable because it is important. i even mentioned last time that you know, the construction workers, you know, instead of hiring a caterer to come in, why don't you have one of the local dell is on third street. contract with them and give them the at some point to provide the food and snacks and the drinks that a lot of the construction workers would need. it's an opportunity for us to be creative but also to reward people who have survived all this. so, i think it's a win win all around, right? it's part of what it means to be a great neighbor and a good corporate citizen in the city, but it also helps a lot of these families that we want to help stay in the community and who knows, be able to buy one of these units and i'm not just talking about bmr's, maybe these folks, if you help them do well they can get a market rate unit. i think it's a win win. i would love
