just to give you an orientation, this is the birdseye view of the site where fire station 35 is located. basically it is at the foot of harrison street on the embarcadero, very close to the bay bridge. the parkas right near there. very centrally located on the waterfront. here is an aerial view of the facility as it exists today. you will see in this photograph, you know, a couple of things. you will see the existing historic fire station 35. that building is actually a san francisco landmark. i believe it was landmark in 1999 after an effort that i think was really led by the firefighters working at fire station 35. it is also a contributing resource to the embarcadero national historic district. you also see a one-story shed building where in this photo, i believe that is the guardian, i'm not sure, but that is the existing fireboat house, and then to the south of that, you will see another finger. which is in the very -- in very poor condition -- conditions. that is what we have out there today. again, just to talk briefly about the project, which really is the impetus for bringing t
