pascal: we are going to go for the full license and the teams are working very hard to file a so-called blaation. we will do this over the next 2-3 months, before the end of the year, and we hope to get approval relatively quickly. in the united states, there is already three vaccines that are approved, and their needs are actively satisfied with what exists, so there's no emergency needs anymore. we will go for full approval. right now, our focus is to provide this vaccine for low income countries, because this is where the big needs are in the world. more than 60% of our production goes to those low-income countries. anna: we talked earlier about what is needed to increase production, and you talked about some of the headwinds that you faced around the indian location, for example. can you give us a bit more on what it is that caps the ability to produce? is it the availability of ingredients, is it money, essentially? is it the availability of skilled staff or management time? what is it that stops businesses like yours and pfizer and others to be able to open up more production sites? p
